Each item in our shop is made-to-order just for you. Because our products are custom printed and fulfilled through a print-on-demand partner, we are only able to accept returns or issue replacements in the case of defects or fulfillment errors.

Defective, Misprinted, or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, we’ve got you covered!

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Email us at info@wokeydokeyshop.com within 30 days of delivery

  2. Include:

    1. Order number

    2. Description of the issue

    3. Clear photos of the product + issue

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or refund.

You do not need to return the product.

Change of Mind / Wrong Size Orders

Because all items are made to order and we do not hold inventory, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered

• Change of mind

• Dislike of color, design, or fit

Address & Return Handling

Returned items cannot be accepted at our business location.

If a return is mistakenly sent to us rather than our fulfillment partner, it cannot be processed.

Lost Packages

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window:

• Contact us at info@wokeydokeyshop.com

• We will help investigate with the carrier

• If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement

Order Issues Must Be Reported Within 30 Days

Claims for damaged/defective/bad print issues must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Made-to-Order

Each product is made especially for you. Because of our high demand, we try to create your products within 1-3 days from when you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products to order instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
